Project Architect
Building is in my blood. My grandfather, an ironworker in NYC, helped build the World Trade Center. I spent my childhood in his workshop and building forts in the woods of Washington State. That's where I learned what good shelter means.
I've been designing and building for 25 years, licensed for 10. I've completed hundreds of projects, from modest additions to custom homes, and I've learned that the best buildings come from real partnership with clients. You know how you want to live. I know how to make it work: structurally, legally, beautifully, and within budget.
What you get: careful listening, creative solutions, and obsessive attention to detail. I manage the process so you don't have to stress about it. My projects hit their budgets, meet their timelines, and feel like home the day you move in.
